Consumer right of withdrawal (return)

No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the collection costs will be paid by the buyer.

In case of return, the item will be exchanged once the incident has been verified, within a maximum period of thirty days, and provided that it has been verified. the condition of the returned merchandise. Incidents with transport

In the event that the customer receives the product in poor condition due to transport, it will be replaced in a maximum of 5 business days, unless said product is out of stock.

If the return is requested due to a poor condition of the product, the transportation of the same will be borne by Coserty.com Once the product or products are received, the money will be returned through transfer banking or it will be replaced by other products if the client prefers it. The bank transfer will be made within a period of no more than 7 days after receiving the item or items to be returned.

In no case will the purchase amount be paid, until the perfect condition of the merchandise is verified .

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the case of contracts for:
